Both of us come from hospitality in the Bahamas, so we KNOW service and quality oh too well. We checked in with a minor issue and within 5 minutes it was not only addressed but resolved. Speed, efficiency, professionalism and excellence are on point and we will be back sooner than later. The guy in the reception was extremely nice and helpful, nice breakfast, nice pool on the rooftop, huge rooms and comfortable beds.

Hea asukohaga hotell Best Western Plus Panama Zen on olulistest huviobjektidest Balboa Avenue ja Corredor Sur vaid 8-minutilise sõidu kaugusel. Katuseterrassil paiknevad lõpmatuse bassein ja baar. Tore, abivalmis personal. Suured toad, mugavad voodid. Katuse bassein ja vaade sealt linnale oli suurepärane. Söögikohad olid ligidal.

There was nothing that we did not like. The facilities were great, super clean. Rooms were spacious, always very clean and the bed was AMAZING! We had a great view over the city from our room. The pool area and gym was nice too, good view and nice jacuzzi. The breakfast was good. The staff was absolutely amazing, they were SO SO helpful. Location wise was good too.

The location is perfect, and the hotel is super clean. The whole staff goes above and beyond to answer all your questions and requests. 100% recommend the hotel. We will be back every time we are in Panamá.

The room (2123) Premium Ocean view was beautiful, spacious, squeaky clean, with all the comforts and amenities you would expect from a Hilton Hotel, beautiful balcony with an extended ocean view. The staff courteous, professional and very helpful in all venues. People like Luis at the Bar with his witty humor and Alejandra in the Panamanian restaurant with her professional charm, go a long way in making a difference. First time I have seen in a Hotel a TV displaying all available channels summarized in one page with their logos, immensely facilitating the usual burden of identifying the available channels. Overall a great experience at the Balboa Hilton. Will surely return in our next trip ti Panama
